This log is a record of bugs found and updates to the website. Influenced by other AAPI groups who have handled their own hosting, publication, and web-development (ex. Stop AAPI Hate, AAPI Data) in order to make their information more accessible, recognizable, updatable, and usable for policy-making and public readership, this project had a similar design in mind. The log also makes any changes to the website transparent.
9/18/21 Issues with accessing website due to reCAPTCHA plugin installed after issues with bots. International users have difficulty bypassing reCAPTCHA and login. Fix: reCAPTCHA disabled except for comment forms.
9/17/21 Interactive visualization on #STOPAAPIHATE TWEETS page slow in performance. Fix: re-upload to Tableau Public.
9/13/21 Issues with local server for website. Fix: website migration to external cloud host.
